Waridi Farm embraces responsibility for the impact of it's activities on the environment, consumers, employees, communities and stakeholders and endeavour s to uphold absolute commitment to providing, achieving and maintaining excellent standards with regard to the social, ethical, environmental and general agricultural practices undertaken on the farm.
We recognize that our social, environmental and ethical conduct has an impact on our reputation. We therefore take our CSR seriously and are committed to advancing our policies and systems to ensure we address and monitor all aspects of CSR that are relevant to our business. These include good ethical behaviour, concern for employee welfare / health and safety, care for the environment and community involvement.
Waridi Farm is regularly audited by the Fairtrade Label Organization (FLO), Milieu Programma Sierteelt (MPS) and Kenya Flower Council (KFC) and achieves full certification of compliance to their standards on a yearly basis.
